Mike's Metabolism is a private, single-user application. It connects to the WHOOP account of its owner, Mike McClain, to produce personal health and fitness summaries. It is not offered to the public, and no other person's data is collected.
With the owner's authorization through WHOOP's OAuth sign-in, the app reads: profile, body measurements, recovery, physiological cycles, sleep, and workouts. Access is read-only. The app never writes to or changes WHOOP data.
Data is used only to generate personal health and fitness summaries for the owner. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose.
Data and access tokens are stored locally on the owner's personal computer. The app does not run a public server or database holding WHOOP data.
WHOOP data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
Data is kept only as long as the owner needs it for personal use. Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the app in WHOOP account settings, after which local copies are deleted.
